Meet The Dietitian

  I was born on the Island of Puerto Rico into a family of teachers and merchants. 

Completed and graduated from Bachelor’s in Nutrition in Dietetics, with an Honor Program full scholarship. I have been able give classes, develop nutrition and fitness lesson plans, coordinate health education and fitness-related activities, and be part of research efforts. 

I am Martial Artist with over 15 years of experience, with many victories, as well as many lessons and injuries along the way. Currently a 3rd degree black belt, certified instructor and international judge. 

 I am an adult picky eater, so I understand that the struggle of incorporating changes into our eating habits. 

 Being an educator has always been my passion. I look forward to working with you to reach your goals.
